1. Please address the watch to "The Service Center"
2. You do not need to include the original gift box, but you should pack the watch carefully (e.g. wrap it in bubble wrap) to avoid any damage in transit. Please enclose the warranty card.
3. Please ensure the shipment is adequately insured and endeavor to obtain a tracking number if possible. We are not responsible or liable for damage to items or loss of shipment during transit to our facilities.
4. If you are shipping your watch across an international border, state: " Returning product to manufacturer for repair & return only." Value for customs purposes only. No commercial value. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, freight or other charges associated with shipping your watch to our service centers. Failure to do so may result in the shipment being rejected.
